Unseen Lands

View of the surrounding area from a distance. The farm is middle to middle right.

I’ve been saying it for a long time but Sunday’s always seem to be great weather-wise. On this day Remi, Florianne, and I went on a walk to the nearby Island of Omey. Yes, you read that right, we walked to an island! Over the only road I’ve seen that’s both underwater and above water, depending on the tide. There were cars, horses, motorcycles, and people that were all crossing this white fluffy road. Right as we were crossing the clouds passed and the sun was out the rest of the day.

It’s like around every turn I’m left in awe. That’s how Ireland has been. On the walk to the other side of the Island which was around 20 minutes I was being my usual self and having fun messin with people, saying Bonjour acting like I was French, or the occasional Ciao or Koneecheewaa.

My new favorite. Wild Elderflower. The smell is like flowery caramel with a hint of vanilla. It's edible too.

The views, oh the views. What more can I say?
